  • REFUNDS

    Refund Policy for Workshop Registration: Refund requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable) at least one week prior to the start of the workshop. We regret that refunds requested after deadlines cannot be honored. In most cases, a processing fee will be charged on all refunds. Processing fees may be as much as $50 per registered participant.

  • WORKSHOP INFORMATION

    Please read ALL information carefully

    WORKSHOP ELIGIBILTY

    Only students grades 9-12, or college level, are eligible to register or be registered for a student workshop, including any Marching Band Workshop, Leadership Training Workshop, and/or the Student Premium Package. No students, with exception to college level students, may register for any director or staff workshop. If any person or persons are deemed ineligible for registration for any workshop and payment has already been processed then the amount paid minus a pre-determined, non-refundable processing fee will be refunded.     EARLY ARRIVAL OPTION

    The Early Arrival Option is intended for anyone who needs to check-in to the workshop the day/evening before the first scheduled day of the workshop, and includes housing on the night prior to the first scheduled day and breakfast on the first scheduled morning of the workshop. The Early Arrival Option is available for select workshops at an additional charge. Early Arrival arrangements MUST be made in advance to guarantee the additional night of housing.     CONFIRMATION PACKETS

    Upon receipt of your completed registration and payment a Confirmation Packet will be sent to the shipping address provided with your registration. Included in this packet will be rules and regulations of the workshop; a brief explanation of the materials needed for the duration of the workshop, including dormitory needs; general directions to the workshop location; a map of the workshop facility; and a medical/consent form to be completed, signed, and turned in at the time of check-in.     STUDENT HOUSING

    All dormitories are supervised and chaperoned by competent counselors during the workshop. No students are allowed in the dormitories during workshop sessions without counselor supervision or permission. Students are NOT permitted in the dormitories, or on the floors of students of the opposite sex. The workshop does NOT provide linens or toiletries; these are the responsibility of the participant. In most cases the dormitories are not air-conditioned; a fan is strongly recommended. Dormitory counselors are in charge when classes are not in session. Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited.     DIRECTOR HOUSING

    Housing for the Director and Staff Workshops will vary depending on workshop location: In some cases Private Campus Housing (air-conditioned) will be in uses, whereas hotel lodging will be used in other cases. Reservations for hotel lodging must be received in the Vivace office no later than twenty-one days prior to the workshop.     ROOMMATE REQUESTS

    ALL roommate requests must be made at least TWO weeks prior to the start of the workshop, and will only be considered if BOTH participants request each other. Requests must be made by the participant, a parent or guardian, or the participant?s director; no exceptions! Requests are NOT guaranteed, however, every effort is made to honor them.
