When registering for any workshop you MUST include:

the name of the participant

their year of high school graduation

the school that they attend/work for

the name of the band director.

Please add this info in the "PARTICIPANT INFORMATION/Special Instructions" box
which is found on the Payment screen, before finishing the checkout process.

YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT THIS INFO!
